Return Policy:

All returns and/or exchanges require a Return Authorization number. All items must be returned with original packaging, including cardboard header. Items returned without original packaging will not be accepted. Items not returned in saleable condition will not be accepted for refund. Please email or call customer service at 1-866-610-0557 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to returning merchandise.

Holiday and or seasonal merchandise cannot be returned after the holiday or season. Merchandise will be accepted for refund up to 10 days from date of purchase provided the item has not been used and is in the original packaging, including cardboard header. Items will not be accepted for return or exchange if packaging is not returned or any item is not in saleable condition. Sale items are final sales and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Note: Restocking fee of $4.50 will be applied orders containing flagpoles, brackets, house flag stands and yard stakes. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

The following items are not refundable even if returned within the time limits:

Any items that are defaced or physically damaged by end-users.
We reserve the right to check the condition of the returned items before issuing any refund or credit.
Any product returned without all the original packaging.
Personalized and/or customized orders are non-refundable or exchangeable.
Any items returned without an RA number and prior authorization.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Google Checkout and Payments by Amazon.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Choose USPS First Class or Priority Mail during the check out/order process. Shipping charges cannot be calculated until you enter your zip code and click "Apply" button for shipping.

FREE SHIPPING

USPS Priority Shipping within USA with minimum order of $50.00. Cannot be used with any other coupons or promotional codes. Free Shipping Promotion excludes brackets, flagpoles, flag stands, yard stands, windsock poles, Gift Certificates, and personalized flags.

Coupons/Promotional Codes:

Coupon Codes must be entered in the Promotional Code Box at the time the order is placed. Click "Apply" and the promotion will be applied to your order.

Charges will be added separately to your bill. Call 1-866-610-0557 to confirm and we will add this option and charge to your order. Orders placed by 3 PM (CST) will ship next day. Packages will arrive two days after their ship date, excluding weekends and holidays.

Surcharges

Occasionally, an order falls into the category of "oversize" due to length--for example, flagpoles. An additional $5-10 may be added to your shipping costs depending on the weight and size of the item.

Military Addresses

Packages sent to APO or FPO addresses must use U.S. Postal Services. Email us at info@flagsonastick.com for shipping quote.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship outside the United States. However, shipping costs vary depending on the destination, weight and size of the package. We ship U.S. Postal Service. Enter your address and shipping charges will be calculated. Email us if you need further information. Note: Flags On A Stick is not responsible for shipping delays or problems once a package leaves the US. Postal services vary from country to country, so we cannot predicate when your package will arrive.
