30 Day Return Policy:
All returns and/or exchanges require a Return Authorization number. Please email or call customer service at 1-866-610-0557 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to returning merchandise. NOTE: Items purchased as Christmas Gifts must be returned by January 10th. Please designate in the Comment Box located on your order form that your purchases are Christmas Gifts to receive the extended return date. All other Return Policies apply.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable, including return shipping.
- All items must be returned with original product packaging, including cardboard header.
- Items returned without original product packaging will not be accepted.
- All SALE items are non-returnable and non-refundable as stated on the page.
- Personalized flags are non-returnable, non-refundable.
- Merchandise will be accepted for refund up to 30 days from date of purchase provided the item is unused and is in the original product packaging, including cardboard header.
NOTE: Restocking fee of $3.50 will be applied to Free Shipping Orders on the following items: flagpoles, house flag stands, and doormat trays. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
The following items are not refundable even if returned within the time limits:
- Any items that are defaced or physically damaged by end-users.
- Any items that are special ordered due to quantity or style.
- We reserve the right to check the condition of the returned items before issuing any refund or credit.
- Any product returned without all the original packaging.
- Personalized and/or customized orders are non-refundable or exchangeable.
- Any items returned without an RA number and prior authorization.

- We offer FAST Shipping! In stock items are usually shipped in 1-2 business days, except for orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, which generally ship the next business day. We ship from Minneapolis, Minnesota and use USPS and UPS for heavier items. Except for legal holidays, UPS delivers Monday through Friday, while USPS delivers Monday through Saturday.
- NOTE: Flags On A Stick relies upon USPS and UPS tracking and delivery confirmation. Customers who purchase from Flags On A Stick agree that Flags On A Stick has fulfilled their requirements between buyer and seller by delivering the order to USPS or UPS. It is up to the carrier to get the package to the buyer. Address provided by buyer on the order form must be a deliverable USPS or UPS address.
FIRST CLASS MAIL DELIVERY: Allow 4-6 business days for delivery Based on Taxable Dollar Amount.
PRIORITY MAIL DELIVERY: Allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Simply add an item to your shopping cart and shipping costs will automatically be calculated and added to your order. Below are the shipping costs for house flag, garden flags, mailbox covers and address signs. Other items have shipping costs based on weight and size. Shipping based on Taxable Dollar Amount.

Surcharges: Occasionally, an order falls into the category of "oversize" due to length--for example, flagpoles. An additional $5-10 may be added to your shipping costs depending on the weight and size of the item.
Military Addresses: Packages sent to APO or FPO addresses must use U.S. Postal Services. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping quote.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship outside the United States. However, shipping costs vary depending on the destination, weight and size of the package. We ship U.S. Postal Service. Enter your address and shipping charges will be calculated. Email us if you need further information. NOTE: Flags On A Stick is not responsible for shipping delays or problems once a package leaves the US. Postal services vary from country to country, so we cannot predicate when your package will arrive. NOTE: Occasionally, additional shipping charges may be required to ship outside the USA. If that is necessary, we will contact you with the amount due for additional shipping charges.
