IT'S EASY TO ORDER 1. Select your design. 2. Click the "Order" button and complete the check-out process. 3. In the check-out process there will be a "Comments and Special Instructions" box at the bottom of the Order Form. Please add any information or comments that may be useful. *Please note -- more than 12 letters per line not recommended on most flags.

Information needed:

1. Choose pole sleeve OR grommet (applicable for house flags only).

2. Color Combination (See color chart)

3. School/Organization Name

4. Mascot Name

5. Athlete's Name

6. Athlete's Number

7. Year (If applicable)

8. Division (Applicable for Championship Flags)

9. Title/Award Inscription (Applicable for Championship & Award Flags)

10. Sport Motif (See samples)

11. Quantity

Print the Order Form using the "Landscape" feature on your printer and use as a "worksheet" to help complete the above information required.
